i opened a new shop on etsy, its dedicated to telling stories from the past. i have teamed up with a very talented Poet to scribe each narrative. you will be able to read them on the boutique's self-titled blog.

the concept of time is an endless source of inspiration.

equally sweet...

was looking for toasts and found these vows...SO ROMANTIC

Celtic Wedding Vow
The next of the Irish wedding vows comes from the Celts. Translated by Morgan Llywelyn in her book Finn MacCool.

You cannot possess me for I belong to myself.
But while we both wish it, I give you that which is mine to give.
You cannot command me, for I am a free person.
But I shall serve you in those ways you require,
And the honeycomb will taste sweeter coming from my hand.
I pledge to you that yours will be the name I cry aloud in the night,
And the eyes into which I smile in the morning.
I pledge to you the first bite of my meat and the first drink from my cup.
I pledge to you my living and my dying, each equally in your care.
I shall be a shield for your back and you for mine.
I shall not slander you, nor you me.
I shall honor you above all others, and when we quarrel we shall do so in
Private and tell no strangers our grievances.
This is my wedding vow to you
This is the marriage of equals.

new work, new store...

its official!! i have another ETSY shop :)
its an idea that i have about grouping instant collections as gift or just to acquire inexpensive antiques. havent seen anything else like it. im kinda siked...

and this is the FIRST treasury it was featured in!
im the top left :)

awake while dreamin...

i practically live on ETSY, even started dreaming about it. now with not one but two shops, im always on the site...reading, getting inspired, just tryin to stay on top of the market as a seller. but i think its important to participate and support the community, so i buy too. and on occasion i stumble upon a seller that has totally nailed it. QUALITY in conception to execution. making it super easy to spend money. AND this is an example of typa shop.

i find myself visit and revisit this shop...plotting which item ima buy.
